PDP hints at Northern Candidacy for 2023 Presidential Poll.

The Peoples Democratic Party has given a hint on the Possibility of Fielding a candidate from the Northern Part of the Country for The 2023 Presidential Poll

The Party’s Central Senatorial District Chairman and Former Commissioner for Youth Development and Sports, Mr Dayo Awude, who made this known while feauturing Crest Fm, Political Programme The Platform, stated that what should bother Nigerians is not Where the candidate cOmes from.

However, the former Chief Whip of the Ekiti State House of Assembly and A Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress Honourable Femi Adeleye believes that it would only be fair if the Next Candidate emerges from the Southern Part of the Nation to serve as a committal against Marginalization and undue nepotism.

A Public Affairs Analyst, Barrister Aki Amuluku though enthused that is a bit to strike a balance in rulership across the divides, the Asaba declaration that seeded the Presidency to the Southern Part of the Country May have to be jettisoned to allow the Northern Part of the Nation Completes a pending four year tenure

The Peoples Democratic Party had earlier announced its plan to reveal a robust zoning arrangement ahead the Party National Convention Billed to come up on the 31St of October in Abuja.
